This series of postcards was created both as an internal and external communication highlighting the capabilities of Lear. There is such volume and diversity to the activities of Lear employees, that at the time it was not all that uncommon for different departments to be unclear on how to leverage each other strategically. As an external communication, each series is broken up into functional categories.
