The Cranbrook Summer Art Institute is an annual program where graduate students introduce high-school students to a wide array of art classes. The catalog and poster (shown here) for 2007 were built additively, from a foundation of the work created by the former year's attendees. Each section start is an amassing of color from the work within the section. In contrast to an intricate visual form, the typography is minimal and open.
